As we’re sure you’re aware, lockdown is beginning to lift in the UK. Gyms are open in Northern Ireland, with those in England following on July 25th. As of yet, there is no confirmed date in Scotland and Wales for when gyms will reopen but we don’t think it will be long.

This means that Hussle will soon begin operating again. The flexibility you need to fit fitness in will be back. We’ll be contacting all our customers by email from the 25th of July to help them understand what will happen with their passes and how they can start using them again.

If you currently have a paused Monthly+ pass, we will notify you by email when your gym is open and you’re able to use your free month. If you’re not ready to resume yet, don’t worry. You will get the option to pause for another month. If your main gym is not available, you will still have access to all the gyms that have opened and are included in your pass or you can select another as your main gym.

If you have a Day Pass or FitFix Pass in your account, we’ll also email you when you’re able to use it again and when it will expire. Currently, all Day Passes and FitFix Passes have been extended until the 31st of August.

For information specific to the gyms you like to use, it’s best to check their website. They’ll also inform you of the changes they’re planning to make to keep you safe in their facilities. You can expect to see things like:

• Social distancing measures like one-way systems, spacing out of machinery, maximum capacity numbers in certain areas, and reduced class sizes

• More frequent and more extensive cleaning regimes and potentially amended opening hours

• Readily available hand sanitisers and wipes for the equipment

• Removal of drinking fountains

For now, there’s nothing you need to do. But we will be sure to communicate all updates with our customer base so you know when you can use Hussle again. Because as always, we’re here to help you Make Life Work Out.

We look forward to navigating a new way of fitness with you. And fitting it in, flexibly. Because now we all know how important it is to have a flexible work, life, fitness, balance.
